A few months after Meine Welt, Till Lindemann released the single Und die Engel singen digitally on 11 June 2025. Physical editions followed on 8 August of the same year. Sky Van Hoff, who had already written several songs on the Zunge album, is the composer.

The cover art was based on a pencil drawing by Lisa Marie Tietz, itself inspired by a photo of Till taken by Jens Koch.

This is the second single to be released on the "Out of Line music" label.
