Till Lindemann will not be able to perform in Kassel on November 18. The cause is an administrative dispute between the city of Kassel and promoter MM Konzerte. Ticket holders will be able to claim a full refund from their reseller.
MM Konzerte is accusing the City of Kassel of failing to issue authorization in time for the concert to be held in the municipal ice rink, despite the fact that the promoter had prepared the application well in advance and had submitted the additional documents requested by the city council. The City of Kassel replied that certain documents were missing, that no complete application had therefore ever existed, and that no authorization could therefore be issued.
