Sad news: Gitta Lindemann, Till Lindemann's mother, passed away this weekend at the age of 87, at her home in Mecklenburg. The news was reported by NDR Radio.
A journalist, poet and passionate book lover, she headed the cultural department of the NDR radio station for many years. The wife of the poet Werner Lindemann, she published her memoirs in 2023, followed by a poetry collection last spring.
